I normally wait until it rolls over to at least 90 million... anything less is a waste of 2.50

I bought a few lines last month.

When it rolled over into nine figures.

Twice, I think (an anonymous UK ticket won £124 million one week)

Carried tickets around for weeks.

Went into a local Sainsburys in Kingswood, Bristol, on Monday.

Asked the lady to check the tickets.

"Nope, nope, nope" she said.

"Oh . . . "

Well, it was the most thrilling 5 seconds of my life.

"£2.70," she says.

"Oh, ok," I said, "£2.70? Is that for two numbers?"

"Dunno," she says. "I think it is the exchange rate."

Firstly we are leaving the European Union not the European continent. So fairs game for those who play.
