There is a very interesting article in yesterdays Sunday press about bullying inside the Labour party . At least eight ex- members of staff are said to have signed controversial non disclosure agreements forbidding them to discuss their time working at the party .

Sadly it's not uncommon, and not just in politics..

Terrible story of a member of the young conservatives about 3 yrs ago who was bullied and took his own life, it was reported to some senior tory party MP's who basically covered it up..

Not keen on NDAs being used to hide such things from public scrutiny in such cases or because of corporate sensitivity..

Is the NDA there as part of a bullying settlement. Or because there's a degree of confidentiality. Do we know what it covers?

Looking at how the Op has worded it I suspect there's some truth but it will be vague on the details and numbers etc..

I'm struggling to find a recent article online to check the details...

"I'm struggling to find a recent article online to check the details..."

Not looked but given previous postings the details are often sketchy or there's a bias..
