In light of royal developments, many of us consider it's time to put a Republican agenda back on the table.

Do you mean a President who rules over a Parliament? We won't have a Prime Minister?

Yea, great idea! When we finally sort BREXIT out one way or another and start to come together as one nation again we can start another divisive argument to split the nation. Brilliant!

A Republic sounds good to me .Ive always thought this is the last monarch to sit on the throne.

I think only a labour government would offer the people an opportunity to remove them.

You might be waiting a long time for a labour government whilst ever Corbyn is still there.

The next government will be a coalition government and it won't involve the conservatives.Theyve d*unk from the poisonous chalice that is brexit.

Firstly, what has changed in a week?.... or is this instigated because there is a gingerist objection to a new baby?

If the Royal family was removed by a republican facing government, they would still have their wealth......unless they were stripped of their assets as well.

Perhaps someone would explain what Rexit would mean....full asset stripping, partial asset stripping, no asset stripping, whether a transitional period is necessary, whether there would be a need for negotiation, whether parliament has overall control or whether the people have final say by referendum, etc etc

I assume this will come down to the politics of greed against the politics of envy.

Will all Tories who are looking forward to having a Premier Corbyn and PM Abbot and similarly will all Labourites who can't wait to see Premier Johnson and PM Rhys-Mogg please give us a big:

'Yes please! I want that Republic now!'

Any Tory or Labour supporter who finds the above truly frightening and utterly repugnant give us a:

'No thanks! I like (my pays for itself (in tourism) and can represent us anywhere because of it's non politically partisan nature) Monarchy'

I'm a:

No thanks, I like Monarchy

I am Republican - it's nothing personal, I think Harry and his big brother are great - but I recognise their mastery of public relations and enduring presence at the top of the food chain.
