"Tying everyone in knots on QT. Simply by being sensible lol" I quite like him in many ways. What I find infuriating is his aversion to Greece taking responsibility for any of its actions and owning at least some of the consequences. Oh well. Most of what he says does make sense.

"An expert on economics from Greece.need I say more, the Greeks really know how to run there country,he is totally not capable of understanding Brexit" Do you genuinely believe that the country of birth determines someone’s ability to understand economics and politics? Try to answer without using insults or spitting on anyone, if possible.

"If you read his book "Adults in the Room " you would have understood why we are where we are today! He has been consistently right about how we would end up - beaten!" I like the fact that he doesn’t mind contradicting either side. He just uses pragmatic common sense to highlight important points and issues. Some on the panel and in the audience couldn’t cope as one minute he was seemingly on their team and next minute he was against them. We all could probably all learn the lesson that being ideological wedded to a concept tends to make us colour blind.

Were Ireland, Portugal and Spain shafted by the EU? They managed to find a way through..." The establishment - Gov of Bank of Greece, worked against him behind his back. Instead of working with him they fed everything to the EU, so they were always 1 step ahead. He had more leaks than a sieve! I don't know about the countries that you have cited, not read any books on it, so can't make an informed opinion. I think Ireland are doing ok now aren't they?
