If 22 million people signed a petition, then perhaps we could finally be rid of TOWIE.

Viva la revolution...

TBH as long as I can still get my medication, that is what is relevant to me.

I might even end up with a new job.

I reckon in the short term we will see price hikes on some things but willing to keep open-minded on other impacts.

If it did then we need to abolish this shower of shite called parliament.

The country voted leave so leave (no deal) is what we should do.

The only reason for their stalling is that they have fingers in too many corrupt EU pies.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

How many haven't signed the leave means leave petition? I'll toss in a 28 million for that one too.

Stick it in the Politics forum and leave the Lounge for more contentious things that are possibly less binary.

See, the funny thing is, although a lot of people seem to think that fab is just a place for people to talk about sex and hook up for sex, that's not what it really is.

Yes it does do those things. But it's actually a social site for people that, amongst other things, have an interest in sex. And those other things include stuff like talking about films, art, football, biking, mental health, and yes politics. It's a bit like going down the pub, folk enjoy talking about all sorts of stuff, not just drinking!

And talking about all these different things, that often have nothing to do with sex, are how people find other people that they like. And then later maybe, just maybe, end up having sex with them

Love your posts. So entertaining. Which other "country" rules over us?

How do you feel about Britian ruling over other countries and interfering with their business?

Perhaps because leave is the default position and they dont need to sign petitions.

By not voting you are not bound by the outcome or forced to accept the legitimacy of what was a) a non binding vote and b) failed to reach the standards required for a binding vote (ie in a general election).

If anyone wants to run a legally conducted first referendum then the criteria also needs to be laid out - what leave deal (or no deal) vs remain.

Until then the whole process is just a slight of hand way for those super rich and elites, pretending to represent the working and middle classes, to 'short' the UK economy as shown when they all made a mint when the result was shown and the pound crashed.
