I am not sure if any one else has heard this vicious rumour going around but Ford are looking at pulling out of Car manafacturing all together.

This is nothing to do with Brexit etc but they feel as though they are not making enough money.

They will still make trucks.

My dad worked for Ford Motor Company for 39 years and still knows and is in touch with people inside the company.

These magazines you're referring too wouldn't be the same magazines that claimed that the Ford Probe was going to be badged Capri, Focus Coupe concepts etc would it?

I'd take a lot of what you read in these magazines with a rather large pinch of salt if I were you.

Remember, they are looking to sell as many copies of their product as possible and usually sensationalise or exaggerate to get one up on the competition.

You could be right.

It's quiet a worrying time at the moment.

Next car is going to be another lovely fiesta.

Court proceeding have just begun against Daimler too over Dieselgate, their CEO's or chiefs of testing supposedly having knowledge of emissions tampering.

Belpre

The big three US car and truck company brands Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler, aren't likely to ever go out of business. They would get bailed out again, or some other corporation would by up the majority stock, like Daimler did with Chrysler in the late 1990's before that happens.

Walton-upon-Thames

They’ve announced stopping production of small and mid-sized hatchbacks for the US market to concentrate on trucks and SUVs; that’s all.
