"I'm not really au fait with politics and I need everything explained to me in the simplest terms. I've just been reading that some MPs have put forward amendments to Mrs May's Brexit deal. Now, I was of the understanding that the EU leaders have said there will be no more negotiation of the Brexit deal we have put forward. So how do amendments work if the EU leaders won't consider them? Have I missed something?" nope you have got it the thing is the eu will consider amendments as long as we stay firm and dont take no deal off the table as it is the last thing they want as we have a trade deficit with them.

It all seems rather pointless and a waste of time to me. I think it's making a laughing stock of our Government across the globe. Admittedly, I'm not very politically minded but I have been trying to keep up with what's going on. It's finding impartial facts I find difficult.

" Is Grieves one still on the order paper? " the grieve one was the one voted on the other day that caused the uproar about amending a business motion... so if may loses the big vote tonight, they will have 3 days to come back to the house and tell us what plan b is.....

" Yes noticed he hasnt selected the ones the government thought could help them waiting now to see what everyone is going to say about bercow now." leavers are going to say "bloody remainer bastard!!!" i like it thought, if only because it again tilts the power from a government who didn't really want parliament to have a say, to parliament having a much greater say in what happens.... kinda ironic in that people what powers brought back from brussels... then argueing against it when they don't like what that actually looks like...
