I saw three examples in the Press online today.

England lose at rugby because referee did not follow the new International rugby directive to encourage referees to make decisions rather than rely on TMO. So it's the refs fault that an England player was offside ?

Victoria Secret owners do not use TS models because the company owners are 80 and 70 white males.

California fires caused by poor forest management and not high heat, wind and humidity.
