So , the midterms over and ol' Jeff has been canned as AG.

Who is going to replace him? I see the deputy AG Whitaker has temporary taken over. He once wrote an Op piece saying he would indict Hillary Clinton.

I just love American politics - There is so much going on

I am suprised that Trump having been in power 2 years has not delivered on his promise "lock her up" - why hasn't he done so? If she is as bad as the mysterious emails were supposed to be then she should be locked up. However is there not some controversy about "his inner circles" emails?

I think if he did manage to persue his ‘lock her up promise’ then he’d have to admit that the GOP and Trump were doing exactly the same thing. And I think even he’d have a hard time trying to spin that hypocrisy. That said, at least he’d achieve one of his promises, seeing as he hasn’t managed to hit any of them so far.

What has gotten into Democrats over this ?

They just won the House and now that Attorney General Jeff Sessions who they called a racist white supremacist who worked for russia is sacked (well resigned lol)

Most now are on tv, panicking like their world just crashed down.

Did you see RR after his meeting with Trump? He didn't look like a man that was worried ?

I think his plane trip with Trump has put his mind at ease.

Hillary is not locked up... The wall was not built, under an entirely Republican Congress (upper and lower house)... Mexico is not going to pay for the wall... And what happened to the migrant caravan????

But do you, as a white supremacist, think is enough to have only accomplished that during two years of presidency; with a republican Congress???

Wouldn't you prefer to also have by now a wall, with Mexico paying for it; crooked Hillary locked... Btw: Do you know what happened to the migrants caravan?

a couple of things wrong with your post....

1) Whitaker was and have never been a deputy AG, Whitaker was Sessions "chief of staff"...

2) if you get rid of the AG.. then convention says the deputy AG, Which is Rod Rosenstein, steps into his place

3) whoever is named to eventually be AG will have to go thru senate confirmation hearings.... Whitaker hasn't, Rosenstein has

4) trump did this thing to try and go over Rosenstein's head over mueller, in theory as Whitaker has said openly "they might not be able to fire mueller, but they could go in and cut the funding he is getting for the inquiry"

5) since he has been so open the ethic committee at the DOJ may say he will still have to recuse himself from anything to do with mueller...

and even if he does.....

6) with the change in the midterms the house intelligence committee can subpeona everything involved in this process (isn't life grand!) lovely thing... oversight!!!

He's just another one of trumps criminal lackies that's under investigation by the FBI for a Florida patent fraud scam bilking nearly 26 million dollars out of military veterans and others. Trash associates with trash, it's no wonder the trump white house has stunk of corruption since day one. It's long overdue to take the trump trash to the dump. That would make a wonderful new policical toy name, "Trump in a Dump, Brain like a Stump" , a game for the whole family to play, the all new educational learning tool for the
