I think you're a bit late with this one! The litigation was settled last November!

I think that the idea is to let Branson know that we are aware of his actions, and that we want him to stop. I only just found out because of 38 degrees who sent out a mail shot today.

There is no chance of him returning the money he has taken. But it might help stop him fleecing our NHS.

But if there was a settlement, then clearly there was a valid claim.

No...

All it means is the NHS's lawyers advised the NHS that fighting the claim would cost more and cause more upheaval within the NHS that it would cost to settle.

Because there was a valid claim in which there was a large risk of losing.

This is Virgin suing for £millions, not some guy bringing back a £5 kettle which he has clearly broken, where it is clearly easier to give him his money back, than instruct lawyers for £250 to write him a letter telling him to go away.

"The OP was removed as it contained a link that isn't on the approved list."

It was a link to a pointless online petition.

That is why I removed it.

Which Virgin are you on about? Do you mean Virgin Care Services Ltd, Virgin Care Ltd, Virgin Care Provider Services, Virgin Care Corporate Services Ltd, Virgin Care Coventry LLP, Virgin Care Leeds LLP or Virgin Care Liverpool LLP?

I refuse to use any of his various services. He deserves no further custom.

Why does it matter? The ultimate owner of all of them is Virgin Group. I.e. Branson.
