Looks like a case of possibly trying to blow up evidance that this was a total false flag operation. The 5 permanent members are the original 5 world nuclear powers, and the reason they have a veto is it is better that than nuclear war. As for the not fit for purpose the UN and the threat of nuclear war has managed to restrict the scope of wars for some 70 years. | |||
