"So social media bosses from USA sites like Google, Facebook and YouTube have been facing questions from MP's today on Russian interference in the EU referendum through their websites. They have said that there was no significant interference from Russia in the EU referendum through their websites. Looks like the big bad bogey man of Russia invented by Remainers as an excuse for losing the referendum is just a fantasy and was never justified on any hard data or facts. " Care to expand on that? Direct influence by targeting and creating hashtags? Or indirect by creating thousands of bot accounts following various Facebook groups and posting pro-brexit comments?

"It's funny, but I can't find that story anywhere? I can see loads from the last two months of various people starting enquiries, but no results. Sure you haven't fucked up there brexit boy? " As I said try turning on the news. It's happened today. It's been on sky news every hour for the last few hours.

"Sorry, I don't watch Fox news. And I'm guessing that's why it's the only place reporting it. Oh and Russian Today of course. I bet they are running it. If it was a story I'm pretty sure a web search would throw it up if it's breaking? " Is the BBC left wing enough for you? It's also been on BBC news 24, every hour for the last few hours. I'm sure it'll be in tomorrow's newspapers, I'll post a link just for you as you appear to be having trouble with your television set.

Ive had the 6 o'clock BBC news on, no sign of it yet. No-one has said anything of the sort, except YouTube, but they have presented no evidence. The rest are still investigating.

"Hang on, found it. Right at the bottom of the page on the website. And it's not as you assert in your OP. https://news.sky.com/story/mps-hold-fake-news-hearing-in-washington-dc-11241353 Well done on misquoting. How unlike a brexiter to let facts get in the way of a good tale eh? " No misquoting, and i managed to find a link with ease, first result that came up here.... www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5368613/YouTube-NO-evidence-Russia-interfered-EU-referendum.html So the bosses of YouTube said today there was no Russian interference of the EU referendum through their website. This follows on from Facebook who were asked a couple of months ago by MP's and Facebook also said there was no significant interference by Russia in the EU referendum through their website.

"No 'significant interference' is not no interference though is it?" Well Facebook said in December 2017 when they were asked by MP's that all they could find from Russia was a leave campaign poster which cost the grand total of 75p. Do you think that's significant?

" No that's not what the story says. YouTube 'claims' there was no interference, but provides no evidence. Facebook reports at the end of February. This tweet from a Buzzfeed reporter, copied from the top of the Sky story is somewhat telling though. "These numbers are small, but like in the US, tech companies are original adamant there’s been zero Russian intereference and the number starts to change as they’re pushed and pushed"

" That is absolutely going on today. Go on any pro Remain Facebook page and at least two thirds of the Brexit agitators and spoilers have no significant Facebook profiles behind them. As so many people now get all their news feeds from Facebook, this is a major concern and should be a concern for everyone.

" It was revealed in Dec last year that Russia today spent over $1000 dollars on twitter adverts during the EU referendum but as its already been stated the inquiry is still ongoing so maybe wait till its conclusions are published rather than subjectively cherry pick what suits you..
