Burton-on-Trent

Trump takes another step closer to out and out authoritarianism by asking for a North Korea style military might parade to excite his gullible minions.

Waiting for Boris to suggest the same. Obviously in our case it wouldn't take long to parade two landrovers and a Lancaster.

Central

I would gladly have Boris on parade, with his water cannon behind him as well as those rubber bullets the UK has been fond of. They could also demonstrate Kettling techniques too. Just say yes.

"Top guy Donald show the world u mean bizz xx"

Is that a good way to spend taxpayer's money?

Is it better spent on transporting equipment and reinforcing roads to support them or on military equipment and medical treatment for casualties?

No. Keep the Red Arrows. They're cool and help market out of date equipment which we are still selling.

Could you justify introducing them now?

Ah. You missed the point. There's a surprise.

The USA does not currently have a national military parade.

We currently do have the Red Arrows.

Introducing a national military parade will be new spending or removing funding from somewhere else.

Getting rid of the Red Arrows will be a saving.

Bless

Trump is also planning to change his name to Buzz Windrip (tbh this is fake news)

For those who don't get the reference, I would reccomend reading "It can't happen here" by Sinclair Lewis.
