And the slightly younger ones who have seen how much of a pigs ear Brexit has become will have changed their minds. No amount of backlash will put the clusterf*ck that is UKIP back together. This is all part of the plan. Let UKIP tear itself apart and then remind everyone the referendum was only advisory after all
Doesn't necessarily have to be ukip as it currently stands. It could be a new party formed by Nigel Farage and Aaron Banks.

Farage took Ukip to victory in the EU MEP elections, then forced Cameron into an in/out EU referendum which Leave went onto win. Like you I'll be forever greatful to Nigel Farage and Ukip for that. Ukip has achieved it's goal and served it's purpose and it does look like the party is coming to an end but it all depends on Brexit being delivered. If Brexit is not delivered for whatever reason then there will be a huge backlash from Leave voters against the Tories (and Labour as they have been trying to sabotage Brexit from the sidelines), and Ukip could make a comeback the like of which has never been seen before and the party could pull in more votes than even Nigel Farage ever managed as leader. "If Brexit is not delivered “for whatever reason” the reason will not be whatever - but because of a specific reason... like for example people continue to realise the folly of it because of the drip, drip, drip of negative facts. Far from hundreds of thousands of jobs leaving for the EU only a handful have left in comparison, and financial experts say London will still remain the financial centre of Europe after Brexit. Far from direct foreign investment drying up it has instead continued and London was the biggest recipient of Tech investment in Europe in 2017. Productivity just hit a 6 year high in the UK.
