Michael Fallon, Priti Patel, Damian Green. 3 senior members of the cabinet, all gone within what? 3-4 months?

Strong and Stable my arse!

Previously David Davis has said that he would quit if Green was sacked, however he has proven time and again that he is not a man of his word. By making that promise he has weakened even further the UK's negotiations with the EU. He either keeps his word and will be replaced, weakening us, or, he will stay, and the EU will know they are negotiating with a man without integrity, who doesn't keep his word. That is not a man I want representing the UK.

It should be a law not voluntary.

They all lie far too much, even corbyn lies, it's become a cultural habit for parliamentarians

It does seem as though there is a C change in attitudes to powerful me using that power to sexually abuse women that cross their paths. I wonder how much of this is down to the disgust engendered by Trump's continually and blatantly open outrageous behaviour? I also wonder if is a real step in the right direction or just a passing thing.

the guy who was the vote leave Director has said it was a deliberate lie and that without it the result would not have been the same..

people voted both believing and because of a lie, as for how many well that's an issue for debate but the recent poll of 51 % for staying and 41% who would still leave is interesting..

Any thoughts on who will replace him. Think May is waiting until Jan for big reshuffle to try and shore up her job for a few years and might promote Jeremy Hunt

Probably thought he was too big to follow the rules that others have to. He sounded like he was deceitful/fraudulent and potentially couldn't respect others appropriately, including women that he had power and responsibilities over. Acquiring thousands of pornographic images at work, at the public expense, many of them to become classified as extreme and illegal, suggests he was somewhat out of control. Inappropriate sexual contact, without consent, shouts loudly that it is the mark of those frequently on the sex register, that others would be screened from, with restrictions placed on their free movements, rather than in a position of power, having the potential to harm many. Truly a scary prospect.

I dont think the EU will care about his integrety. I think the EU is starting to feel heat from smaller, less wealthy member states to actually get us to sign a working deal for trade purposes.

Most of the people i know from the eu states pretty much say that the UK's internal political drama is their own to deal with. They just want competant people to replace those who need replacing or for people to be kept. Whatever, they now cpuldnt care unless they are invested in us long term post brexit.

There's no place for jokes about things that could be the difference between life or death for people, in a civilised society undertaking a decision that would last for generations.

People were tasked with understanding complex financial and political matters - albeit on an advisory referendum - and so trusted politicians to influence their decision with meaningful analysis of what it meant financially for aspects of the country.

The reason the lie was given prominence, as well as repeated, was because they knew it would shift public opinion substantially. Playing the naive card doesn't cut it. At all.

The interview I heard with the policeman involved in the original search said the images were not illegal - I don't disagree he needed sacking but the facts shouldn't be exaggerated. He was also sacked for lying about knowing that the police had found this material on the PC - he has never admitted he actually downloaded it.

it seems from the timeline of events over the last 10 years that green has attempted to use his position of increasing power and influence to stifle the results of investigations about a wide range of his wrong doings from comming into the public domain. in the process it would seem from the information available that he has attempted to ruin the reputation of those who saught to make the truth about him known. it would seem that from the information now available and from his recent actions, that green has been corrupt in his political office .... he should do what is correct and now exit from public service altogether
