It’s across the board. Limp Dems don’t have enough MPs for the statistical averages to effect them. Only 0.3 of an MP would be involved!

The MPs, from either side, can not be suspended from being an MP, they can only be suspended from being a member of their respective parties. I would guess that most MPs, whether suspended from their party or not, would still vote if required on essential votes in accordance with their original party allegiance.
