Is in the daily fail online but also heared it on bb2 news earlier

The women wanted him fired right away but the Beeb have started an internal investigation

I gree on that, there has been too many lives ruined only to be prooved inocent but the damage has already been done

I am sick of this all the time,in the passed values where different and you cannot make passed actions that where ok at the time punishable in anyway.

Also until something is proved the press should keep itself out of these matters as people judge without the facts.

We can thank Thatcher for the rise in retroactive laws. Prior to her it was a legal precedent that no amendment to a law or new statute could be retroactive, she changed that, now virtually all statutes passed into law are retroactive. So when the make swinging an imprisonable offence then we will all be guilty and looking at doing hard time...
