I suffer from a chronic and long term health disorder and am suffering from workplace bullying as a result . I am loathe to take things up with my employers but i want to be left alone . Is there anybody out there suffering bullying in the workplace too ?

Wherever the party is!

I appreciate your predicament but half the battle is talking to the right person in my experience.

Use your complaints procedure. Ask yourself if the company/organisation is happy with what is happening to you, then do you want to work there?

Beat people to take it up with are HR or your line manager. You'd be surprised at how easy it is to fix some of these issues when the company is on side. If you can break this habit of whats happening it can be enough to make work more pleasant.

Check out the Acas website and buy yourself a small dictaphone you can put in your shirt pocket

Talk to your union rep if you have one at your work, write down or record all further instances of bullying and take it up with your line manager. If you do this and nothing is done you have the evidence for unfair dismissal or a victimisation at work case.

This, if you have witnesses from past instances and they are willing to make a statement or give clarity verbally then speak to them..

OP, no one should suffer harassment

and bullying in the workplace. We work to provide an income and not to have our life made a misery and or our health affected..

there are avenues as others have said so do something about it as until you do the sad reality is that it will not stop..

good luck..
