Here's an out of the box thought

Not saying it would work but but let's see what everyone thinks

No more political party's lol

We vote for an individual as our mp

The we vote for a pm and the cabinet , we decide positions I'd Home Secretary , foreign , chancellor etc

Yes we could have s right wing pm , left wing chancellor and a green defence

But he ho

Can it be worse than we seem to get at the moment ?

Cambridge

I think a simpler solution would be much more time for private members bills.

I like it.

Ministers should be voted in.Then we might get some capable people. All we get is people with a degree in politics and law running our institutions. For once lets have someone with NHS experience running the bloody NHS. Apparently people like Gove can run any department.Which is obviously ridiculous.

I wouldnt want a plumber doing by pass surgery regardless of the number of advidors he has.

When I studied politics I was told that we are meant to vote for the individual that represents us but it does not happen we vote for parties and leaders and modern communication makes this worse.

They should be interviewed for the job on T.V. like the apprentice. Then the public votes which person is minister for education or the NHS.
