So the Senate voted to reject trumps "skinny changes" in the steps to abolish Obamacare. ...he's not getting what he thought very easy eh.

Apparently the interior secretary has told the 2 alaskan senators that if the female one does not fall into line and vote as Trump requires then all federal funding to alaska will be cut including federal oil exploration funding...

Wonder what the Koch brothers and Trumps oil baron backers will have to say about that last bit...

The irony is that they were voting for a bill that everyone hated and no one ever wanted to become law.... but senate had no assurances from congress that they would not pass it if it was sent back they wouldn't pass it and the president sign it

The main purpose was to gut the funding... and sent it to committee, which would have just kicked the can down the line..
