There's an article on the BBC News website today that aims to answer all those questions that you might have about the election, and one of the questions covered is regarding to the Royal family and whether or not they can vote.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-2017-40188494

Apparently, while, technically, she could vote, the Queen 'has to remain strictly neutral with respect to political matters' and is 'unable to vote or stand for election' - according to the official website of the Monarchy.

She has the right to vote, and is on the electoral registrar (it is a criminal offence not to registrar to vote), but she and the heir to the throne do not vote.
