Our fearless Foreign Secretary and champion of buffoonery has had a bad few days.

First he gets told to sit tight and not go to Moscow because Big Daddy Tillerson needed first dabs at Putin. This action alone confirmed what we all knew that this Govt is prepared to allow the UK to become The Donalds bitch.

Last couple of days he has been fighting to get support at the G7 for sanctions against Russia and Syria because of Syria's completely unproven "chemical weapons attack." Germany and Italy rightly tell him to grow up, await the results of an investigation into the incident and that engaging with Russia, rather than pushing them into a corner is what is really needed.

Hey Boris - it is only Tuesday - still three more days of the week left and so more fuck ups possible

just been reading about this, I honestly thought the G7 was gonna bend over and join the UK and US in wanting further sanctions against russia if they dont pull out.

thankfully not all the leaders of these G7 countries arnt such a push over like our goverment.

For those that keep up with events, it was well known two days ago that Germany and Italy would not join any proposed Russian sanctions.

Both countries have more business activities in Russia than the other five.

The uk was not the one that bombed the airport so therefore it's not down to the U.K. To w me anyone to Russia.

It's only right that we let the USA go to talk about it first as it was thier action.

We have had good Conservative governments in the past and we have also had good Labour governments in the past.

This particular government appear to be sailing with a fair wind and I can't help but wonder what will happen when the wind backs and they are ploughing into heavy seas. I don't see anyone in that cabinet as being able to deal with really difficult situations.

This whole Trump business can really fuck the whole world up very, very quickly and the UK could and probably should be the voice of reason in this maddening world. Playing lapdog to bad boys Tillerson and Trump is not helping us, them or anyone.
