"so don juan has had his new revised travel ban blocked nationwide because it's unconstitutional .... the trumpster is getting a comprhensive public education on the american constitution lately... i hopes he is paying his tutors for his schooling" its been blocked in hawaii so far.... but there were two other places where appeals against the ban were going thru today and we may hear from those later (in washington state and in maryland) the problem trump has is actually of his own making buy opening his mouth.... saying in the presidential campaign that he was going to institute a muslim ban (which would be unconstitutional) and then rudy gulliani saying on fox news that he was asked by trump to try and see what would be the closest he could get to a muslim ban legally..... so the arguement is "travel ban" is really "muslim ban" in all but name... especially since they took countrys on/off list without reason (iraq) and none of the countries on the list have produced anyone who has committed a terrorist act on us soil since 1975..... this one will go to the supreme court

Lets face it, the initial 3 month time span will be long up and gone before this is settled, so realistically, they should have updated all visa regulations and there will be no need for a ban full stop.
