Petition for all to sign. I know it won't do any good. For what it's worth - just try?

Manchester

I signed it. The government refused to allow a debate of the petition even though it was well over the 100,000 signature threshold.

When I and others have raised this issue, the response from those not au fait with this legislation is pretty much "meh". One of the worst (but least surprising) facet was Labour teaming up with the Conservatives.

If the government are going to do some new more in depth surveillance then no petition is going to stop them..

Hell if it gets enough signatures it still won't put them off doing it in secret which lets face it their already doing..

God knows what kind off things they keep in track on every day people....

everything is electronically stored/tracked these days data wise so its easier for them to trace or record things..
