I can't see it happening tbh. America has the same hidden hand as we have over here. Politics in the West is more of a circus side show than real power and authority. I cant see them allowing him to be elected president, because they would have to rely on him to be their public face. If they did allow it he would have to drop some of his election promises double quick. Anyone who believes that a proper border will ever be built between the US and Mexico is barking. Too many businesses are saving too much money by employing undocumented Mexicans as casual workers. They don't want Donald's wall, it'll never happen.

Can't understand why anyone in the U.K. would want Trump to win. His America first attitude will be detrimental to all current trading partners and military allies / including the U.K.

If every countries leaders had a nation first attitude the world would be a better place. That is why we would be better off out of the EU, in the long term. The US could do with not financing the defence of other nations. If they are providing protection then they should be paid. Looking back to Lend Lease in WW2, I have to wonder why they help other nations for nothing or next to nothing.

Sometimes you help yourself more effectively by helping others so that their little problems don't become your big problem. This is a multi dimensional concept that seems as alien to Trumpsters as it does to Brexiters.

Do you actually think the US provides protection for nothing? If you do you are naive.

The US provides protection to protect the markets it's corporations exploit, steal anything of value from and dump their outdated, obsolete and worthless junk on.

There are a number on here who hero worship him to a degree that a psychiatrist would have a field day. Wanking furiously whilst thinking of Nigel Farage ought to possess its own medical condition terminology.

They don't. They have a reason for every military action, and it most certainly isn't kind-hearted intentions.

Trump has thrown NATO into a tail-spin when he was quoted as saying that he wouldn't necessarily honour article 5 of the NATO treaty.... this is the part that says an attack on ANY NATO country is an attack on NATO, with the response that would deserve.

In other words, Putin could roll across parts of Eastern Europe and Trump might do jack-shit to help!

Sleep soundly tonight folks, and don't have nitemares!
