IMHO Trump is a bloody liability to us all as he will, if elected, be the most powerful man in the world. Clinton has many haters and I guess its all internal politicking but looking from the outside in she seems about as capable as any other President has been. She has served her country in major ways as a Senator (when she was right in there getting funding for New York post 9/11) and Secretary of State when she had the guts top say 'kill Bun Laden' At least knows where every where else is in the world and is pretty much respected by world leaders. " Yeah she is certainly qualified for the role with lots of domestic and foreign policy experience. Trump has never held office or served in military (other Presidents have either done one or the other or both). I am sure we agree on a lot here but my earlier point was about US Foreign Policy which seems to create more issues than it solves. As a matter of interest there were some 100,000 UK troops involved in Korea.. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/1285708.stm In Kosovo in June 1999 of the 20,000 troops who went in 8,000 were British. This grew to over 11,000 and the KFOR commander was British: Gen. Sir Mike Jackson. A man who once told his US superior in Brussels when commanded to attack the Russians in a Kosovo airfield "If you think I am going to tell my men to be the cause of WWIII you are bloody well mistaken!". He eventually went and had a chat with the Russian commander and they agreed to secure the airfield together.... | |||

This grew to over 11,000 and the KFOR commander was British: Gen. Sir Mike Jackson. A man who once told his US superior in Brussels when commanded to attack the Russians in a Kosovo airfield "If you think I am going to tell my men to be the cause of WWIII you are bloody well mistaken!". "Are we seeing the beginning of the end for Donald Trump? His comments about Mexicans, Muslims, women, disabled people etc seemed not to hurt him at all, calling Hilary "the Devil" and calling for Russia to hack government emails to find dirt on her didn't cause him to miss a beat. But has attacking the mother of a dead soldier been one step too far? A Republican congressman has stated that he will be voting for Hilary, and its fairly well known that most of the party establishment hate him, so can he win without their support?
