what are peoples views on the Italian banking system and their concerns over a no vote on constitutional change ?

Dunno, but they are likely to crash soon which will have a bigger impact on the EU than Brexit I would think

The Italian banking system is fooked and has been for some time so without a bailout or some serious rule bending it's only a matter of time.
