Yep but bear in mind two things-

a) He's never going to be a negotiator for Britain so it's really his last hurrah!

b) Everyone in Europe knows he hates them and he's been working hard for years to savour this, let's be honest, highly improbable moment. It's the swan-song of a man who has achieved a titanic event in political history against all the odds. I think if I'd been him I might well have permitted myself a 'screw you, I won' moment!

Now, though, he just needs to down a few pints and hand over the hard work to people who really know how to negotiate!

The man is a fool but that can come as no shock to people.

The EU can't afford to go easy on us in negotiations, they will lose almost 16% of their funding when/if we leave. So to give us a good deal could leave the door open for other countries to go. Deal harshly and hope others will think twice.

I'm not just talking about the 52% of leave people, I'm talking about a large proportion of remain voters who had some hopes of reforming the EU. But the EU's arrogant reaction since our vote has left me doubting they were ever reformable and I'm glad someone gave them the verbal finger on the way out.

We have set ourselves back. Retirement just got put back 5-10 years as they've already warned us that our pension deficit that was being clawed back , just got wiped out on Friday. 10% of my salary won't be enough so it will increase. How many more times Nigel Farage was NOT part of the official leave campaign. A BBC reporter inter_iewed Farage earlier today and tried to get him on the 350m per week figure. Nigel Farage replied

.."I was not part of the official vote leave campaign. I did not have that figure on my bus. My bus was a ukip bus which said "we want our country back" on the side".

If you are not colour blind the bus Nigel Farage toured the country in was purple and yellow (ukip colours). The official vote leave campaign bus was red and white.
