"Okay so the Ukraine is dragging on with no end to hostilities " Putin will eventually die. " And the Iran war , the one stated by trump for no real valid reason and with only vague objectives and no end in sight." Major escalation over the coming hours/week, involving more of the region.

"It will be interesting to see what happens in Iran now that Israel announced it wants no part in the conflict unless it is close to ending. The military pact just completed between Israel and America looks like the Israelis are having their cake and eating it." Yes my thoughts exactly, I think it was Israel's intention to get the USA and Iran in a war then sit back.. and can see it ending badly for everyone As for Putin .. flipping heck.. as others have said if he's desperate then tactical nuclear weapons are a big deal indeed. I'm also not sure how zelenski can keep going along with Russia with the casualty rates

""The Strait will remain in Iranian hands... I hope so" Well, I certainly DON'T. They'll hold us ALL to ransom." Whereas Trump’s plan to charge people protection money to use the strait is any different?

"Ukraine will win it, it would of gone quicker but now when they dont need permission and can use their own weapons it is just a matter of time, they are very efficient, putin is looking for an exit strategy, iran dont have the military strength to win a prolonged war, so they will have no choice than to give up too." I think you are underestimating Iran, and also assuming they will approach it from what we would consider a rational perspective.

Putin is definitely on the backfoot and Ukraine is thankfully prevailing. On Iran. It’s a question of how long Iran can weaponise Hormuz. Analysis done by The Economist today suggests that Iran will be able weaponise and monetise Hormuz for some time yet. Bad news for Trump whose polling is being badly affected as a result of this war with Iran. He’s heading for a drubbing at the midterm elections in November ( assuming they happen)

"Okay so the Ukraine is dragging on with no end to hostilities And the Iran war , the one stated by trump for no real valid reason and with only vague objectives and no end in sight." Like most modern wars they will drift on, become a forgotten war of attrition, stay newsworthy until the next shitshow raises its head. The population may take things into their own hands and try to survive on a day to day basis but it seems there is never a winner, only unequal losers, especially if the counties involved started as undesirable, undergoverned and mostly unknown. Look at recent history of places with war, conflict, upheaval whatever word suits and very rarely fo you see a success story from the ashes of conflict.

" The Russian invasion of Ukraine will dissappear from main stream media as Russia slowly eventually overuns Ukraine causing Ukraine to be broken up eventually, EU nations will sit back as sanctions against Russia have already destroyed the German economy. " The territorial picture is: * Gained since 24 February 2022: approximately 73,000–75,000 km², equivalent to about 12% of Ukraine. * Already controlled before the full-scale invasion: roughly 7%, principally Crimea and parts of Donetsk and Luhansk. * Gained during the latest 12 months: about 2,800 km², or 0.5% of Ukraine. * Recent movement: only tens of square kilometres per month. Estimates for late June to late July 2026 put Russia’s net gain at approximately 25–40 km². @20-30k Russian casualties per month Excluding Crimea, Ukraine covers approximately 576,600 square kilometres. On the basis of one casualty/km2 another 600k mobilised to achieve this. On the basis of 4.5 years to gain 20% territory, another 19 years.

"America will have a negotiated cease fire with Iran which involve billions in funding for Iran and easing of long-standing sanctions all to save face. The Russian invasion of Ukraine will dissappear from main stream media as Russia slowly eventually overuns Ukraine causing Ukraine to be broken up eventually, EU nations will sit back as sanctions against Russia have already destroyed the German economy. If Putin were to die his likely successor would be want to speed thing ups and just decimate Ukraine and perhaps even attack locations within the EU seen as "at war" with Russia due to weapons manufacturing etc" Thank you for your input, comrade.
