People agreed with laws against carrying weapons because they were promised that the police and the judiciary will protect them. But it turns out that they are failing in this promise. So the people who believe that their safety is in danger will resort to methods like these to protect themselves. In this case, she ended up having done the right thing. Without that, she would have been a victim of an assault. The police would have come in much later. The courts will give the criminal a two year sentence or not even that if they believed that the criminal is too young, while the girl would be traumatised for life. | |||
