Denying a parliamentary inquiry is a strange decision by Swinney,it is his chance to clear the decks and start a new era for the party unless he personally knows of something that will lead to his own downfall. For Sturgeon her shelf life is very short outside of the party and many inside now want her style of management to never be allowed to happen again."
