Still can’t see anything about this in the UK media.

Obviously some cover up.

It is true he has been barred but it is a niche topic and he was disbarred for the lies he said around Jan 6.

More good news. Add another one to the list. For me, the saddest fall from grace was Rudy Giuliani. As a prosecutor he figured out a way to dismantle the Mafia and as a Mayor he transformed New York from the shit hole it was to the place it is. Then he drank the Kool Aid and became Trump's biggest fanboy, then lost his law license and went bankrupt. Obviously Fat Donnie discarded him like a used tissue because loyalty only goes one way with him.

"Whatever happened to his legal action against the bbc? The new york times one got dropped."

The BBC case has just started going through the system.. he filed the claim in Miami so it will go through the system down there..(reason he did it there is that uk deformation law says it can only be challenged within 1 year, Florida law is 2years) the BBC have applied to have the case thrown out under jurisdiction …. Saying since it was never shown in the states it can’t be challenged there

It’s going to be interesting and novel to see how they are going to make the case that it harmed his reputation specifically in Florida, which is what he is going to have to prove, since it was 18 months after the allegation and the programme was never shown or legally available to view in the US

I don't think he really cares it's more about neutering the media and a chill factor

Remember this case where Trump was suing the BBC for 10bn… well, it is not going well for Donald

So remember that he was suing for “financial and reputational damage “ the BBC said “well if you are claiming financial damage, show us your financial records”

And the trump team had been fighting that and trying to claim all sorts of presidential privileges… but the court said the BBC were within their rights to get them to defend themselves

So the trump team were ordered to supply the BBC with the files by today (6th august)

But on the 5th august, trump’s team now put in a motion to amend the case… so instead of financial and reputational damages it will now be reputational damage only…

This means the bbc would not get the financial documents they were after, but Trump won’t get the headline 10 billion

It’s now in shambles as trump is going to have to try and prove a program never shown in his country, 18 months after it was released somehow ruined his reputation

I hope it remains good news for the BBC, as he's been trying to deter the media from anything other than glowing fanboy reports and he's been greedy for any money he can acquire.

It's peculiar how he's secretive about much of his financial details.

Not only that, he'll have to prove that he had a reputation worth protecting before the BBC programme was shown.
