“We’re loading up the ships with the best weapons ever made, even at a higher level than we use to do a complete decimation"

So what's beyond a complete decimation and is that different to a whole civilisation dying ?

Will he kill all the Iranian democracy protestors too because I thought he already decimated the armed forces last month.

Technically decimation meant execution of one in ten of a group, perhaps el trump is going to execute one in ten failing to carry out his order of ending a civilisation
