My favourite quote about him at the Davos summit was the following:

"He's like a pigeon playing chess.

The pigeon doesn't understand the basic rules of the game. It just flaps its wings, knocks over all the pieces, shits on the board then struts around as if it won the game".

Exactly this! Veterans up to 65 to be recalled because most young people would not want to fight for this country.

I know I'm going to get shot down in flames but compulsary National Service should be brought back.

Not making excuses for him, but I think because he got shot at that drew blood, he feels qualified to make such rash comments.

Really he should be empathise with veterans because the next bullet might take his head off. Karma.

It doesn't help him going through the history of deserters. They were on all sides including the Germans which he proudly acclaims to.

The thing is if he wants something he looks for any kind of leverage. That's how business men work. He'll love British veterans next week.

He has done so much damage to US-World relationships in one year and we have another three more years to go with the Orange Buffoon. The US and everyone else deserves better.

Some of this I get- but where was the outrage when Biden was in charge who was clearly not all there, and the ICE arrests were far higher ?

I'm not saying there shouldn't be outrage now but why wasn't there then? It's like the lack of marches asb support for those rebelling in Iran and complaints about them killing thousands. Barely heard a peep.

I think it would be a good thing. However, in this age there would probably be more choice as to what kind of service: military, medical, engineering pathways etc. It would build discipline, character and teamwork.

A lot of us so called youngsters are disillusioned with successive governments making bad decisions, over selling on commitments and scapegoating various communities. I'm not surprised people don't want to fight to defend our country. We need each other regardless of our differences.

Hard times create tough people. Tough people create good times. Good times create weak people. Weak people create hard times.

That may be true. But he was voted in again. That’s the part that’s hard to ignore. He didn’t change personalities overnight.

Many outside the US recognise that he displays narcissistic traits so of course diplomacy tends to err on the side of caution to avoid escalation. That isn’t being a pushover, its about being sensible..

And, what really irks me is hearing US politicians talk about world leaders ‘bowing’ or deferring, when the issue is an internal one. Other countries didn’t vote him in, the American voters did!

So, to me, it feels wrong to look outward for blame or solutions when the responsibility (and the work of change) sits closer to home.

On the military front he's got previous, apart from bone spurs from a doctor keeping him away from Vietnam (although he wasn't the only rich or connected young person to dodge that)..

His lack of respect for John McCain was really poor, being in a position of responsibility and power means if you have any sense of self dignity that you put away petty political fall outs and show respect for someone who served and suffered for their country..

And you dont put your hair getting wet above paying due respect at a cemetery in France..

It hasn’t really got much play on US media.. headlines at the moment are led by ICE and Minnesota…. And the storm of the century coming this weekend ( basically everywhere from Texas up to the Canadian border are going to get, loads of snow, loads of ice or both)

I did explain it to my cousins.. they are absolutely horrified.. it hasn’t had the traction there yet.. if they have a news conference someone from the British media is going to bring it up.. and then the news networks will pay attention

Its been said for years by a lot of Americans from the average person to well know people, "If it wasn't for us you'd be all speaking German" Sometimes in banter other times they truly believe what they say.

What I don't get, and this isn't a attack on the USA as a lot of countries have done the same in one way or the other, The US have been involved in wars/conflicts "regime changes" in nearly every decade since WW1.

Other recent presidents have used ICE to remove people on a larger scale who shouldn't be in the country.

People have speculated about the "Epstein list" for over 10 years and why hasn't it been released in full, Obama, Biden could of done that, especially the latter.

They're all as bad as each other, he's just doing it in his own way, In your face more then behind the scenes or hidden behind classified information, state secrets etc.

But why is the outrage so strong for Trump ?

Like I said this could of been about most major counties, world "leaders" around the world for thousands of years, A small selection of people deciding who lives and dies who gets rich and who stays poor, who eats and who starves.

Starmer is literally prosecuting and persecuting British veterans to such an extent that units such as the SAS may no longer be viable. Also completely failed to deliver on promises to increase defence spending. Yet he finds time for a few headlines criticising Trump. Vomit inducing.

So your saying that when theres clear and corroborated evidence by some not all of what was a deliberate campaign against unarmed civilians in part to outdo others which was covered up and the previous investigation quashed that those responsible should not ge held to account..?

Effectively your completely fine with children being shot in their beds then 'drop weapons' used, and upon autopsy no gunshot residue etc found on third bodies..

There's no way will whatever the outcome is if any proceedings mean the end of UK SF, complete cobblers to try and suggest that..

Unfortunately in the multiple threads about Trump there have been repeated comments about wanting him to die or be killed, and in this thread there are people promoting the batshit conspiracy that his attempted assassination (in which one person was killed) was staged.

This is why I use the term TDS, because the threads and comments about Trump are very often deranged and out of all proportion to whatever he's said or done.

"Its been said for years by a lot of Americans from the average person to well know people, "If it wasn't for us you'd be all speaking German" Sometimes in banter other times they truly believe what they say.

Tbh on this issue he is the only one that I'm aware of that has said anything remotely as fucking offensive and grossly wrong as he has done about the lives lost by supposed allies and others in Afghanistan and Iraq..

On shit like we are doing this, I have achieved that, I'm the one who's stopped 8 wars etc that's just him and his ego even when he said the USA and Italy have been close since Roman times..

He shouldn't have said it..

I'm not denying he acts like or is a eccentric billionaire, Like I said he's doing most things in your face others have just hidden most of the outrageous things they've done or said "

Can you imagine if every human being acted like him. Insulting people without a care. The amount of assaults and crawls would shoot threw the roof. Civilisation would start to fall apart.

Its why most people are civil to people's faces even if it is 2 faced.

Now when you are a leader of a country the risk is magnified millions of times. It could lead to wars everywhere.

If you don't believe me, try it. Try behaving like Trump. Insulting people to their face. See how it goes.

And he's part German, as per speech.

I don't know if its the world has become so twisted and fucked up, it's causing all world leaders to come out with twisted fucked up crap in their speeches, Trump isn't the only one doing it.

".

__________________________________________________

The issue isnt necessarily the arrests it's the manner of the arrests and their legitimacy. ICE are currently being used to placate Trumps hardcore following by terrorising citizens and trampling all over their constitutional rights which even undocumented migrants have.

"Little bit of irony in that Trump said if it wasn't for us you'd be speaking German , while he was in Switzerland, where they speak German "

Yep. I told the Mrs (she's German) and she found it quite funny.

There's around 100 million German speakers in Europe.

The truth is, if he'd bothered to learn a bit of history, that the likelihood is that a hell of a lot more would be speaking Russian.

Without US involvement D Day would never have happened on 6th June 1944 but it would have still have eventually happened and Hitler would still have been beaten. Albeit a while later.

As the Soviets pushed further west more and more troops would have been sent from France to the eastern front leaving enough gaps for a successful British and commonwealth (empire in those days) invasion.

The Soviets would not have stopped at Berlin so the question is: How far west would they have got before such an invasion could take place.

Just another of the What if's? of history.

From England originally, come every year back to visit.

Watching the UK go down the toilet with starmer, while seeing life in the USA transform back to greatness. Had 4 years with a useless president that destroyed the US. Curious about why you did not complain about Joey who obviously had dementia?

These forums seem like they are becoming liberal therapy groups.

Seems like everyone would be better served worrying about the worm you have running your country and the irreversible damage he is doing to England.

Moaning on here is not doing any good.

The number of people I meet in England and Wales that wish they had President Trump far outweighs the moaners on here!

Completely missed the point.. gone way over your head

If a British prime minister had said that about American troops… imagine the outrage that would come along

Even GB News tried to bail him out by asking “surely you didn’t mean to include UK troops when you talked about NATO troops in the background”

They doubled down on the comment and the statement

You say you come back here every year… I wish you were here at the moment because you would get a sense of the anger from all sides.. and when I mean all.. I literally mean all!

447 British troops died.. thousands others had major injuries

He insulted there efforts.. he insulted them all

I have been trying to explain the anger to all the American people who have asked me, when I explain the context and why people here are seething, they are horrified

I’ve not met any one on England ever who wants Trump

Perhaps I don’t drink or mingle with reform voters or go to Wetherspoons … but glad I don’t Know or talk to trump apologists…. Repugnant people for repugnant times … and we don’t moan we purely point out repugnant behaviour which it appears repugnant people moan at ….

Dark times indeed "

Yes because Wetherspoons is just one step away from the Nuremberg rallies 🤭🤭

He has managed to unite the politically left and right,in support of our veterans and now Liebour will never be able to put veterans in court,on trial, for their actions under orders. Well done DT.

That would be up for dispute as he votes apparently in both countries as admitted by himself after publicly boasting in these forums of voting for mumdani (sorry if spelled incorrectly( new mayor of New York.

We are doing just fine in the US and as you can see in the voting maps, we had an overwhelming turn out for President Trump.

He has been pretty much spot on with everything he is doing, out witting most all of the European dunces like macron, starmer and others.

Worried he is a narcissist, where was your outrage with Obama?

Find the inflammatory childish names, incorrect information disbursed on here about our US President sad. Especially when England is in fast and steady decline. Instead of doing something about it, seems like there is a handful that want to moan in here about a president that they have no control over.

Oh by the way President Trump has done amazing things for our military and veterans. Within a year he has brought enthusiasm back to our forces and veterans and enlistment back. Shame we had joey and kamala that ruined our forces like what starmer is doing with yours.

Stand up for England. Such a beautiful country, with a rich heritage.

Why did a serving US Navy Admiral call him a disgrace at a recent presentation he gave at Quantico?

He has also demonstrated a great deal of disrespect for his own military. He even fell asleep during his ridiculous birthday military parade.

His latest vanity project - the "Golden fleet" of New battleships has been widely criticised as being demonstrating his out if touch approach to defence. His assertion that he will have a hand in their design is also deeply disturbing.

It wouldn't been so bad if there was some form of control or balance in the system but appointing a dickhead like Hegseth as Secretary of Defence says more about the lunatics running the asylum than anything else.

It’s a bloody stupid comment by Trump however the politicians who are slamming Trump, have recently passed a bill that will likely mean the investigation and arresting of veterans for things they may or may not have done 30+ years ago in NI, whilst allowing former terrorists to not face any investigations. The political classes despise the military. They were incredibly poorly equipped in the Iraq war. The veterans are left homeless and not prioritised for housing and are pretty much left to rot. The hypocrisy from the Labour Party on this is sickening

What Trump said was lazy and spiteful, he lost credibility even amongst his supporters.

What I notice is the noise Trump haters make and the language they use is not dissimilar to the language Trump uses, vulgar, throw away and hurtful. They are few in number but they relentlessly bang their drums and scream their hate, totally unaware that they are part of the problem too.

Posters were able to find all my comments and call me a 'low life' yet not notice an actual suggestion that someone be murdered - a suggestion that has appeared in other threads with equally little rebuke. This is exactly why I can't take most of the anti Trump vitriol seriously and why I do think it's worthy of gentle mockery as TDS.

He didn’t get shot, it was a publicity stunt. Look at his ear, there’s no scar or damage.

Please don't be that person. A man was killed at the Trump assassination attempt and the killer was found with overwhelming evidence. "

Yes, agreed r.e. others getting shot and killed that day, which is sick, as was the man killed by Trumps goons today.

If you genuinely believe it was an assassination attempt how come there was no injury to his ear a couple of days later? (Fact) and why didn't the Secret Service only partly cover him, then leave his upper body open for ages so he could grandstand? If he'd genuinely been hit by a bullet from a rifle he'd be missing part of his ear,in a great deal of pain and guarding the wound. (I'm a serving military Medic by the way - with no great political leaning. I know what it looks like when peopleget shot - and how they react). Evil as he is I suspect Trump is happy for anyone to be killed if it suits his ego/tv personality.

He's going down as one of the most evil scum in modern history.

He clearly has Dementia, is a racist bigot and the awful thing is the groundswell of public opinion in this country is going the same way.

I'd agree Biden appeared to be equally as incompetent. Neither of them should be anywhere near being president of the United States at their age and with their clear infirmity. Biden was definitely worrying in some areas. Who'd have thought it could get way worse after that.

"I'm ex forces and far more concerned with our scumbag government who are throwing out NI veterans to the wolves.

Exactly this! Veterans up to 65 to be recalled because most young people would not want to fight for this country.

I know I'm going to get shot down in flames but compulsary National Service should be brought back.

Weak people create hard times."

Totally agree. I'm a serviceman and wouldn't want conscription or military national service, except in extremis. Better off having a fully professional force. That being said I think all the things you've mentioned would be of benefit to the young and to the community should there be some form of 'service for good' to the nation - just not wearing a uniform, except by choice.

And you dont put your hair getting wet above paying due respect at a cemetery in France.."

"According to a few friends i know who fought in iraq along side the ywanks half of the ywanks hid behind rocks when under fire ,there ego's are bigger than their fighting spirit unfourtunatly"

The professional soldiers I came across were pretty decent, but many didn't appear to be anywhere near as well trained or savvy. 'The phrase 'more mouth than trousers' came up on multiple occasions. That being so I still respected their willingness to put themselves in that position, naive as some were. I'd NEVER disrespect them the way they have us. This has cut deep.

I was gonna say.. the way DHS described what happened.. and what we see in the video don’t quite square up…

The video looks awful… I am trying to work out which agent feared for his life when there were literally 6 agents on him holding him down

When the rumour was that a 51 year old immigrant… I thought “oh!”

When the mayor said it was a white 37 year old local… I thought “shit!”

"Over 400 million legally owned firearms held in the US.

Yet not one of them is a good shot. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

See i strongly disagree with this, that's like saying storming the Capitol building was an acceptable act..

Or in your case… trump denial syndrome… because there is always one who defends the indefensible… "

"Its been said for years by a lot of Americans from the average person to well know people, "If it wasn't for us you'd be all speaking German" Sometimes in banter other times they truly believe what they say.

I'm not denying he acts like or is a eccentric billionaire, Like I said he's doing most things in your face others have just hidden most of the outrageous things they've done or said

I'm not saying he doesn't act and sound like a cunt, But others have and still do, He hasn't got a filter and brain at times with some of the shite he talks, I'm just saying the outrage its like he is the only one the way people go on about him

Forgive me, but I can't remember one other leader who has gone out and badmouthed others directly and without diplomacy. Who are these other leaders you keep talking about..?"

"The vast majority of Americans are decent people it is just unfortunate that they have this worthless grifter for president. He has done so much damage to US-World relationships in one year and we have another three more years to go with the Orange Buffoon. The US and everyone else deserves better.

Repugnant is almost polite at this stage. Full disclosure I considered voting for Reform in it's early days, due to being fed up with both Labour and the Conservatives. SO glad I didn't now - none of the 'plastic patriots' are available for comment today, or are excusing Trump.

Some patriotism!!

"Why did a serving US Navy Admiral call him a disgrace at a recent presentation he gave at Quantico?

He has also demonstrated a great deal of disrespect for his own military. He even fell asleep during his ridiculous birthday military parade.

His latest vanity project - the "Golden fleet" of New battleships has been widely criticised as being demonstrating his out if touch approach to defence. His assertion that he will have a hand in their design is also deeply disturbing.

It wouldn't been so bad if there was some form of control or balance in the system but appointing a dickhead like Hegseth as Secretary of Defence says more about the lunatics running the asylum than anything else."

"It’s a bloody stupid comment by Trump however the politicians who are slamming Trump, have recently passed a bill that will likely mean the investigation and arresting of veterans for things they may or may not have done 30+ years ago in NI, whilst allowing former terrorists to not face any investigations. The political classes despise the military. They were incredibly poorly equipped in the Iraq war. The veterans are left homeless and not prioritised for housing and are pretty much left to rot. The hypocrisy from the Labour Party on this is sickening "

I despise him - as I do every one of his sympathisers, but I don't want him shot, even if it's blatantly clear he deserves it. I'd rather wait for Nuremberg part two, although I strongly suspect he'll run for Argentina like his heroes, seeing as he's already paid them. Odd for a man like him who hates 'foreign spongers' to be giving away so much to another country.

The problem with Trump is that he just repeats the last thing someone said to him. Starmer clearly did a good job of telling him about the British troops when he spoke to him earlier today and Trump came out with this. Give it 24 hours and someone else will feed stuff into his head and he will go off on another mad tangent again. Zero critical thinking skills.

I don’t think democracy is failing in America. They have gotten exactly what they voted for. The rule of law looks more than a little shaky but we will only know if democracy has failed at the next presidential election.

This is obviously untrue and repeating it with a lot of swearing doesn't alter that.

I assume you quoted the wrong post, TVS does that"

No I quoted the clearly false claims in your post, but please keep digging.

"There is the same amount of evidence against trump as against prince Andrew unless you can provide otherwise.

Also the latest files state trump was bitten by a woman forced to suck his cock.

He's a pure cunt and only a TVS inflicted supporter would say otherwise

It must be a difficult life with being so angry all the time.

I'm sure that being so wrong about things doesn't help with that anger problem.

I had a great fuck with a beautiful woman two nights in a row in PDI this week and each time she sat on my cock for over an hour screaming with pleasure so anger is far from my mind, my wife enjoyed her husband and swallowed his cum "

Is this meant for a different thread?

"Much rather have a Trump type figure than that snivelling grovelling son of a tool maker. Hopefully he resigns very soon. But not for Raynor or Lammy. Streeting is ny choice.

You would rather a ped*phile, misogynistic, racist, bigot?

Oh boy… which despicable trump story would you like to try and defend today…

The one where he is so vain he is trying to take away funding for the gateway tunnel between New York and New Jersey… but will let it happen if the rename Washington’s Dulles airport… and New York Penn station (railway) after him

Or the trump social post he sent out last night depicting former President Obama and his wife Michelle… as monkeys!!!

Have at it kids!!!!

I see we've moved on from the Epstein conspiracy which was going to bring Trump down to, checks notes, naming tunnels. Will this monster dictator never end his reign of terror?

"Aw thanks for your concern.

I can assure you I had a great fuck with a beautiful woman two nights in a row in PDI this week and each time she sat on my cock for over an hour screaming with pleasure so anger is far from my mind, my wife enjoyed her husband and swallowed his cum twice,"

Lots of drug addicts say that taking something keeps the anger at bay. For a short time.

"however

I quote

Trump administration officials made it known to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer that the president would release federal funds for a massive rail tunnel project connecting New York and New Jersey on the condition that two major travel hubs be renamed in his honor, according to three people with knowledge of the request."

That doesn't seem at all relevant to your claim that there's the same amount of evidence against Trump as there is against Andrew (i.e. not very much), or your claim that Trump had his cock bitten. Have you forgotten what you are arguing about?

If I were in charge of those projects, I'd just rename them and let Trump have what he wants. I can just change it back once he's out of office. America is going to have so much fun with The Grand Renaming as soon as Trump is gone.

I think if you post something like he has done theres no one who can validly argue theres any potentiality at all..

Its so clear cut and obvious..

Be interesting what excuses the Republicans in office say about this..

Plus anyone of colour who voted for him..

At least you seem to be withdrawing from the conspiracy theories about Trump and Epstein which is good to see.

I hope 'people of colour' can make their own minds up.
