Actually 99% of pardons Biden actually gave out were done via the criminal referral program where they were all researched and referred via an independent process with the recommendation to either commute or pardons Trump pardoned every single person convicted of a crime relating to January 6th, regardless of whether they pleaded guilty or not Plus the amount of political pardons as well the those who supported his claim of election fraud in the 2020 election, and pardon those who perceives as friends of friends | |||
