Any directors had and email/letter from GOV about having digital id before 12 Nov? I been told I have to have it to submit conformation statement and annual book for my company's. I think this is just another step to total control over us, next it will be employees

I am actually in favour of much better controls around company formation and management. There is a huge fraud problem created by anonymous company formation and it would be greatly reduced by much identity verification.

You are confusing this post, which is about the requirement to prove your identity in order to run a business in the UK (specifically for filing documents to Companies House), and Digital ID for everyone.

Having to prove identity for Companies House is a very good idea and should have been implemented a long time ago.

There are arguments for and against Digital ID for everyone.
