Costa Blanca Spain...

It seems that the Somalian migrant whose actions triggered the recent hotel protests has been "accidentally" released from prison.

Now the police are desperately searching for him.

If you put the whole story from start to finish to a Hollywood studio they would laugh you out of the office.

You really couldn't make this shit up.

I mean it's not something that's a new phenomenon in the justice system but FFS, given the current mood it's nigh on criminal neglect in itself..

It really is a race to see which government minister will fall next. Jess Phillips for lying to the grooming gangs panel or Shabana Mahmood for utter incompetence. Come on 2TK, you know you need to sack one of them - who is your least liked?

Probably to justify the “need” for digital I’d, cue wankier saying digital I’d would have prevented this

I think they are intending to deport him. Not sure if he has to serve his prison sentence first though.

Which begs the question, how was he allowed to stay in the first place if they can deport him back to the country he was supposedly fleeing from? It was very insightful to hear that he also wanted to go back to Ethiopia once he received a jail sentence.

I'm not sure what stage of the process he was at when he committed his vile crime. If he had not gotten to the stage of being rejected for asylum then I doubt deporting him came up. That said if he wants to go back to the country he claims to have come from and claims he needs protection from then that indeed does speak volumes and shows how the system is being abused

The Guardian - yes that very bastion of the far right - reporting tonight that the Liebour knives are out for Lammy after quote "a disatrous PMQs". 2TK needs a sacrificial lamb to save Rachel from Complaints and was spoilt for choice. Buy Lammy it seems it is.

Probably since experienced prison officers were let go due to austerity , replaced by rookies and left understaffed

I don't understand. How do you "mistakenly" release someone?

Did they release him instead of someone else? Or did they wrongly record how long he was sentenced for?

It's called box ticking. No-one thinks or asks questions any more. If all the right boxes are ticked then do whatever the form says.

Get the paperwork right and you would probably get permission to set off an atom bomb in your city centre.

I think all prisoners that are released should have to wear an electronic tag for a month to eliminate the manhunt if they are wrongly released.

We have the most inept government ever. Lammy, yesterday, was bragging about how he put the most stringent checks ever in after the previous ‘accidental’ release of a prisoner, all whilst he knew that 2 others had been ‘accidentally’ released a few days ago. The bloke is beyond incompetent and is a proven liar.

Don't worry they'll soon come back when they realise in jail.

Free dental

Free food

Free health care

Access to free education

Probably access to a work programme earning money all be it not a lot.

Free heating (which is more than tax paying pensioners are allowed to)

Free legal advice and support.

A case worker who will probably get them a lovely house or flat upon release.

Very probably get family members free travel to visit them.

I mean really why wouldn't they want to stay in prison??
