" I think the country would be poorer culturally without the pomp and ceremony that surrounds the monarchy in general and the royal family in particular. The changing of the guard etc is on many tourist lists and people gather everywhere royal go. A lot of French tourist attractions are connected to their former royalty and aristocracy. Maybe we could do away with the people and keep the rituals. | |||
