"He a nasty person and doing a terrible job. Pretty much some him up. ![]() In fairness, most people will be more favourable over Khan than they are Trump. His childish insults aren't becoming of a world leader.

"He a nasty person and doing a terrible job. Pretty much some him up. ![]() Only to Most little lefties. See Sadik playing the Islamophobia and racist card in response to Trump calling Sadik a nasty person. How he relate being called “ nasty” is a racist insult is beyond me.

"He a nasty person and doing a terrible job. Pretty much some him up. ![]() Not if you’re an original Londoner. (I do agree with you about Trump’s comments being unbecoming of a world leader).

"He a nasty person and doing a terrible job. Pretty much some him up. ![]() Only speaking for myself, have no time for either. Major difference is that one is fuckin’ up my City of birth, while the other is fuckin’ up the whole world. I’m taking the former more personally. Most Londoners I know (and there are plenty) detest Khan more.

"He a nasty person and doing a terrible job. Pretty much some him up. ![]() I'm no fan of Khan either. London has definitely got worse even in a short space of time I've noticed, and will continue to more so imo. But most of it (I live in London too and have for years) just feels like vitriol and or blame is based on politics than policy. Do you blame him for ulez? R@pe gangs? All that was there with boris. Do you hate him too? Right wing media love to use him as the face of all that's bad in London, because it fits their narrative. They conveniently leave out that the same bad things are also happening in not just other UK cities but also across the world in similar built up areas. Must be a monster cunt if that's all down to him too😂

"He a nasty person and doing a terrible job. Pretty much some him up. ![]() All great fun seeing the melt downs on here. With the UK in such a state giving full rights to illegal immigrants taking peoples homes away to house migrants. You would think more would be waking up and seeing who is at fault. It isn't the orange man.

"Cracking post and great points excellently made. I liked Boris; you knew what you were getting with him, someone who played the buffoon and couldn’t be trusted further than I could throw him. I accepted his failings, as they were always there to see and nothing he did was unexpected. Would not be surprised to see him back as PM one day. Khan just comes across as an odious piece of work with no redeeming qualities. You are right that politics plays a part in how people view him. Fwiw, I used to like Ken Livingstone, despite being on the “other side” of the political divide." Ken livingstone was a great mayor for London ![]()

"He a nasty person and doing a terrible job. Pretty much some him up. ![]() I would like to know why so many non Londoners know so much about what it's like in London? Yet most have probably never even been, let alone lived here, and if they have they likely went to the tourist/yuppie bits

"As an outsider with limited involvement in London, I am curious to understand why Sadik Khan is not considered a suitable mayor, while Ken Livingstone or Boris Johnson were more effective. I do not intend to provoke any discussion; rather, I genuinely seek to comprehend the reasons behind these assessments. Could you kindly provide your insights and explanations? " Further to that, I'd ask why he has been reelected TWICE after his failed term ? From a neutral viewpoint he is acting on the wishes of the majority in London ? No ?

"He a nasty person and doing a terrible job. Pretty much some him up. ![]() I’ll tell you why my little cockney gezzer. Because people from the rest of the UK are undated with Londoners moving into their areas. Ask them the question why have you moved up North ? Answer is alway “ Cheaper houses and cost of living , and I felt like a stranger in the city where I was born “ Hope it helps .

He has an electorate that is “motivated” to vote. As with most winners of political votes, the majority of those voting went for him. This is not necessarily the majority of the potential electorate. Voting indifference is a real bugbear of mine. Even if I spoil my ballot paper, as I often do now in the absence of a “none of the above option”, I make the effort to attend the polling station.

"Isn’t it the house prices are decided based on supply and demand? London Mayor can implement social housing schemes and as far as I can find from the news outlets, they are already committed for 100K houses but the Mayoralty can’t build the houses themselves, it still requires local boroughs and developers. Re: cost of living, he doesn’t have any power on this, has he? It is the Government’s responsibility, am I wrong?" No. I've already said that sadiq Khan gets the brunt of it from issues that are not unique to London but are global above👆🏻 Read this thread I made the other day: https://m.fabswingers.com/forum/politics/1722741 If you read it you will understand it's barely anything to do with population growth

Lot of speculation as in the states about voter fraud and rigged elections. Interesting question. Could be the planned influx of migrants. As mentioned throughout these comments and as my Dad told me, time to move I am no longer a native in my own area he had lived in for the last 30+ years. So sad so many on here are clueless about the face of Britain changing and being taken over. Saddens me each year that I come over to visit family and friends.

I don't see a lot of convictions over the years on voter fraud (probably because very little actually happens). The "influx" of immigrants is probably not something the mayor of London has much influence over...

Earlier on you said "With the UK in such a state giving full rights to illegal immigrants taking peoples homes away to house migrants.". So wherever you get your misinformation from, probably isn't the best place to believe the "speculation" from either. You are right about "the face of Britain changing and being taken over", the media have worked up an element of the electorate into such a blind panic about foreigners that they're voting for Reform and participating in race-hate riots. Sad times.

Sad times. " It's not sad, it's a gravely concerning for the majority of the UK! In fact that same "element of the electorate" that reform appeal to, will overwhelmingly be adversely affected directly by what they want to do with UK policy. Think the last few years with the cost of living was bad for the masses? It will be much worse over the next decade if reform get any say on policy. There seems no difference from this Labour to the last Tory government, still have stagnation. Reform will turn it into a replica of dickensian times
