"To be fair, Labour seem to be taking a long term approach to growing the economy and promoting prosperity. A change from the knee-jerk populist policies we saw from the Tories (now from Reform). This is a refreshingly mature approach to government, and maybe for once we should applaud it." Had they started this long-term approach as soon as they got into power, I dare say they'd be in a much better position now. It will also be very hard to attack Reform lack of economic experience if this all goes wrong." Today was announced a 0.3% drop in the economy in April so even more ground to make up. The BBC reporting that Reeves is now not ruling out tax rises and that we are in line for big council tax rises. Still at least the Sun is shinning | |||

He was gifted a 14 year old tailcoat to hang off that gave him immunity to scrutiny. | |||
