I guess that gives white people an element of privilege. As for anything else in life, I'd say that anyone, regardless of skin colour, can encounter white privilege. | |||

Privilege can be more than what race you are. Wealth, class, gender social environment all contribute. I doubt many unemployed poor white men in socially deprived housing estates feel privileged or superior. | |||

Yes, I found something similar but this doesn't sound any more racist to me than saying someone was blue in the face or crimson-faced and there was no reference either. What i'd want to see is a source where someone has unambiguously used gammon as a racist insult.
