I don’t think Musk has lost his job. I’m sure his week has been fine.

I suppose that depends on how much Ketamine he's been taking.

I'm shocked a judge in California would rule against the trump administration.

No different from republicans running to judges in Texas or Louisiana during the Biden presidency to apply nationwide injunctions. In time, it will go in front of the Supreme court.

Oh where do I start…..

Actually the federal judge in this particular case was confirmed under bush.. bush 1! So he has only been on the bench for the best part of 40 years!!

I mean how dare he think the reason given for the dismissals were lies … because they were “probation staff “ ( which is a misnomer in itself because it was not just new staff… but staff that had been promoted into new roles)

If on their reports it says the work they have been doing is “above satisfactory” .. you can’t then just dismiss people for poor performance which it stated on the template dismissal letter (which the judge also said the departments cannot use anymore)

They tried to do it no questions asked… and on the cheap (if dismissed for poor performance they are not entitled to any compensation, they also don’t qualify to claim any government benefits, and if they were to get any job interviews and that person asked what happened in the old job, they are oblige by law to declare it was for poor preformance!)
