It's not as clear cut as the five Darlington nurses in the case where a male nurse supposedly a transwoman, was using female facilities. And yet actively trying to make his girlfriend pregnant.

Surely if it is a case of another male trying it on, there'll be other nurses backing Peggie.

IMO the ruling should be transwoman without appendage given access, and not before.

I've watched some of the tribunal live online.

The Dr is far from meek , scared and in danger from the nurse.

Comes across very manipulative, MP levels of dodging questions and 100% has withheld documents.

I think they got in too deep with the complaint and the trust fucked up.

They treated Nurse Peggie terribly

Well what a shambles , just shows how awful a large organisation can be with fair process and policy.

A big loss awaits , but now months until it starts again as the trust woeful in providing information.

A lesson for all not to get caught up in the wheels of bureaucracy

It’s just another waste of time issue that the liberal left has disappeared up its own backside over.

What is really tragic is the total misallocation of resources that’s going on over this issue in mainly public but also private sectors that could be more efficiently spent elsewhere.

No doubt will be a useful topic for academic study in a few hundred years when all that’s left of Western civilisation is a few derelict car parks and shopping centres and grim housing estates.
