No it's not a new cider. After taking down her portrait in no10, Davros Starmer and his Daleks is going Thatcher on us.

Was Callaghan not a good enough, was Blair too creepy, was Brown too .....Brown?

I'm not impressed. Just a matter of time before he's fighting with Unions and springing the Poll tax on us.
