And he is currently in prison because of it. I think that personally he is quite a loathsome person but his journalistic efforts but the mainstream media to shame. Each area could have its own definition and come to different conclusions on identical cases. Perhaps if not a full national enquiry then a national set of rules and definitions, would help, assuming that is not already in place | |||
