The Chinese State owned app TikTok has been banned by a US Court as a Security Risk- it must now either close or be sold unless President Trump is able to reverse the decision.

Do you use Tik Tok ? Should it be banned ? Or should free speech and free media always prevail, even GB News ?

Well in China pretty much all Western platforms are blocked e.g. Google, YT, FB, WhatsApp, Yahoo, LinkedIn. It's a one-way street with China, and time things were levelled-out.

I'd like to see it banned.

Not because of any security risk but because it's a fucking drain on society.

In my opinion TikTok, Reels etc do nothing but dumb us down.

Quite agree. Roger Waters was spot on when he proclaimed "This species has amused itself to death" and at the time he was just talking about television crap.

The internet social media content was still in comparative infancy back then.
