" If stealing from motorists at every opportunity is worthy of a knighthood....if spunking £6.3 million (according to Time Out, new signage, maps, literature etc) on a pointless politically correct unnecessary rebranding of the London Overground is worthy of a knighthood....if 24 hour bus lanes across town is worthy of a knighthood....give the man a hatful of them.
