Amazingly enough the pair ran a car wash business. I wonder how many of these 'businesses' are just a cover for organised crime and money laundering? Same for the 47 barbers on every empty High St.
Surely a good way to 'smash the gangs' would be to investigate all these rackets and close most of them down ? | |||
