I never heard that he was looking at deporting anyone to Vietnam.

What I heard on the news was that he was looking at ways to deter the Vietnamese in Vietnam from making their way to the UK in the first place.

Has anything changed from this morning to now say that he plans to deport to Vietnam as this is news to me.

Incentivising a country won't stop people who want to leave that country from leaving.
