So a telegraph journalist has just been approached day police with a warning concerning social media posts over a year ago

Given the telegraphs obvious connection to the Conservative Party and many of labour’s backers statements concerning the media I believe this is a wrongful persecution based on political views

Spot on, typical Labour aiming at easy targets.

Just watch the UK collapse over the next 4 years of labour rule

Interesting that the police wouldn’t tell Pearson who her accuser was, or indeed which “tweet” they were concerned about.

Very much sounds like the sort of thing that would happen in the Soviet Union or East Germany.

“You have committed a crime but we aren’t going to tell you what it is. It’s enough that we are accusing you of something”.

It was the Conservative party that introduced the legislation which enabled the actions of the 2 policemen.

I don't blame the coppers, they're only doing what high command at the College of Policing instruct.

I'm sure they'd rather be out catching real criminals.

Julia Hartley Brewer has a couple of videos with the journalist and Toby Young on YouTube about this.

Why police have to knock on your door for "Non crime hate crime" is beyond me, by definition it's not a crime.

You can't be told what you said, when you said it, where you said it or who your accuser is.

Despite it not being a crime it can be recorded against you and you wont even know. God forbid your next job application requires a criminal record check.

65 people day having a Non crime hate crime put on their record.

The police have long since given up worrying about whether any laws have been broken.

If it doesn’t acccord to the latest diversity training session they are all over it.

Police apparently do not have time to investigate thefts and burglaries. But they have a lot of time policing people's speech online. They have got all their priorities fucked up, haven't they?
